Popping up, literally, in Queenie @queeniehulu coming to @disneyuk @channel4 @hulu June 7th and do I do all my scenes in between @dionne_brown ‘s legs? Yes. Yes I do.
Lovely having a squidge part in this and working with fab women @aishabywaterscasting @joelle_mae_david @candicec_w @dionne_brown in front and behind the scenes. Became quite handy with a speculum and ultrasonic probe, always love a new skill 😅

Late posting this but yesterday was St Brigid’s day officially marking the start of the pagan festival of spring. It is also known as ‘Imbolc’, or the Feast of Brigid, It celebrates the arrival of longer, warmer days (yes please) and new beginnings.
‘Imbolc’ literally means “in the belly” and Brigid is often referred to as ‘Brigit of Kildare’, so last night I travelled to Kildare and had the pure joy of hosting the Nothing Compares celebration with @hotpressmagazine and @kildarecountycouncil and some great Irish female musicians as well as Ireland’s first woman Sabina Higgins.. who brought along her husband, the President of Ireland Michael D Higgins.
