How to make my fav post-workout shake ๐
– 6-12 oz. Base of choice (milk, water, etc.)
– 1-2 Scoops of Chocolate Milkshake Phormula-1
– 1 Scoop of French Vanilla Collagen
– 1 Scoop of Glutamine
– Ice ๐ง
