Michelle is incredibly gentle, yet also has a fire inside of her that you feel right away. She is determined to build a life she loves for herself and for her daughter, all while supporting her people along the way. Michelle has been extremely open about her journey back to self care after becoming a mom, one I truly admire. With her daughter at her world’s center, she leads a life that is full for herself too by competing at @hyroxamerica and staying super involved in our community. She is brave, and an advocate for women across multiple mediums. As the year begins and we all look to find the best versions of ourselves, Michelle’s advice is so relevant. As she suggests, believe you can and do not allow intimidation keep you from starting to work towards the person you want to become.
