Mother Earth reminding us all to be nicer to her by giving us an earthquake pretty much at the stroke of midnight on earth day. A bold move. I like it. ❤️🌎 #earthday
Right now, kids are out of school and expected to keep up, some on their own, at home. A great majority of those kids are living with far less than others. Some of them will have to take on more work than ever. Cooking, cleaning and taking care of siblings because their parents will still need to go to work. These kids not only have more responsibilities at home, many don’t have access to the tools they need to keep up their education. They are expected to keep up with classmates by finding time, privacy, a computer and WiFi to attend classes online. I can not imagine how that’s going to feel for some kids to go back to school, feeling completely behind their peers if they aren’t able to participate in the remote classes being offered. I get it. Right now no one in my home is working or is in a position to donate much at all. Our jobs, like millions of others are completely on hold but I’ve been here before and I know it gets better. These kids need our support. Even if you have a couple dollars to contribute, if enough of us are able to help with a small amount, we could raise what they need. They simply need the chance to join their classes, to stay caught up and when they finally return to school, they will know that the kindness of others, helped support their futures. Some families in our communities might never come back from this. We need to remember and acknowledge them. We are all in this together. When I think of these kids I am reminded of where I came from and how lucky my family was to have assistance. My friend @billheuisler is an amazing public school teacher and is reaching out for support for his and many other students in LA. click the link in my bio if you can help! Even a dollar adds to their goal. I know most of us can’t and that’s okay. If you’re struggling, I see you and hope for everyone we all come out of this stronger and even more connected. For some it will take much longer if at all to recover from this so let’s be extra nice to each other. Thank you! #inthistogether #momcutmyhair #stayhome #supportkids

@paul.innis making me look like a grown ass lady instead of my usual longshoreman vibe.
Challenge Accepted @carolina.gonzalezh #womensupportingwomen #challengeaccepted . . . editing my original post with no information to include, what is from my understanding the reason behind this current challenge/hashtag. Although I found after researching that this hashtag has been used since 2016 for various reasons to bring attention to different causes, most recently, it’s been used to raise awareness for the women of Turkey . “This was started by Turkish philanthropist @zeycan_rochelle to raise awareness about injustices against women in Turkey, called Femicide. Due to Femicide, she explains, women unfortunately become accustomed to seeing black-and-white photos of women who were killed by men. Therefore, these black-and-white photos show that we, too, could be the next victims, and for that reason, women need to support each other and stand together on a global scale.”
Throwback to one month ago with @lenamelnik when I was young and stupid. Not at home soaking in sanitizer and wondering when we will find charmin ultra soft again. “Hang in there baby” #hangintherebaby #victorbaldwin

Saw a tumbleweed roll by on the toilet paper aisle in Target but the bubble wands and goldfish crackers are heavily stocked so we cool for now 🙄

Normal rules no longer apply. Wear whatever you want in your own baby pool. #quarantinelife #babylove #igiveup
Because it’s #throwbackthursday and I was taking a trip down memory lane on my phone. This was pretty amazing. Jimmy Fallon telling people to hire me. Can he get me some work during this pandemic!? I can sanitize the heck out of anything now. That’d be sweet. #jimmyfallonshow
Do you remember. The 21st night of September? If you were at our wedding probably not. 🤣 cheers to 7 Years! 🥂❤️ #earthwindandfire #september #doyouremeberthe21stnightofseptember
Big thanks to Chris for helping me become a mama to these two and for setting an alarm that would wake a cruise ship to make a truly delicious Mother’s Day breakfast. It was worth it. ❤️💕 Thanks to my mom and all the moms who are still on the earth, in our hearts or in every beautiful thing you see that reminds you of one ❤️💕
All seasons of Tacoma FD on Netflix today including the episode I got to do my best bad acting in! @tacomafdtrutv
The strangest thing of all is watching actors kiss their actual husbands and wives. Whhhhhhaaaaattttt 😂 we all feel like creeps watching real partners sharing a moment. Thankfully Dr. Escobar doesn’t have a love interest so Chris is off the hook!
It’s getting interesting! They may be showing the news in LA instead but you can catch it on @cbsallaccess or find a friend in Toronto and have them send you clips from their phone 😄 @thecourtneyhope @theedarinbrooks @katrinakbowden @boldandbeautifulcbs
@rasmus_heise @colewebley making beautiful commercials that look like short films ❤️
Best day ever with @surfershealing !! Miles has asked to surf so many times and today he got a chance with the most amazing group ever! Thankfully the ocean breeze dried my happy tears fast enough to cheer instead! Thank you thank you thank you @surfershealing ! #oneperfectday
I picked him up and danced with him to this song this morning. Can’t believe we got another year with this ragamuffin! #seniordogsofinstagram
