Rachelle Lefevre Instagram – I haven’t posted for so long, thought I’d pop on to share a thought for whoever needs this. Everyday it can feel like the world is more and more broken and hateful and divided, there is real grief involved in being informed. So to not get swallowed by it, I spend my days pushing back against hate IRL, trying to make the people around me feel seen IRL, speaking my mind about current events IRL, finding all the ways I can to experience moments of true JOY, and encouraging others to do the same. My friend, Alexis, calls this “micro activism” and I agree; I also call it healing, loving, and most importantly, LIVING. Social media can be fun in small doses (new bathroom wallpaper ideas anyone?), but please don’t forget to be out there connecting with people, showing yourself and others a genuine, loving kindness, creating the world you want to live in. ♥️
