Holiday vibes Somabay, Red Sea
Yesterday, I got the chance to chill by the beach as an adult person without my kids.. As much as I enjoy spending every minute with them, I reached a point where I needed to be alone for a couple of hours.
It’s hard to live with “mom guilt”, so this is just a reminder that we need to take care of ourselves so we can be happy mums with happy kids!

سعيدة جداً بإصدار كتاب “لمّا رقصت دليلة”، واتمنى يكون فيه كتب تانية عن القدرات الخاصة أو الإحتياجات المختلفة باللغة العربية لأنى شخصياً كنت بعانى عشان ألاقى قصص تحسس دليلة إنها مُمَثلة فى الكتب أو الأعمال الفنية. الكتاب موجود بمعرض الكتاب جناح ديوان صالة ١

تضامنًا مع الشعب الفل سط يني واستجابةً للدعوة العالمية من مسرح “عشتار” في فل سط ين لكل مسارح العالم للمشاركة الجماعية، بالتزامن مع الجرائم الأخيرة التي وقعت في غز ة، سيتم عرض “مونولوجات غزّ ة” في سينما راديو يوم الجمعة 8 ديسمبر.
في محاولة لتكريم أطفال وشعب غزّ ة وتكريم آلاف الأرواح التي فُقدت، نخصص هذا اليوم لمشاركة مثابرة الشعب الفل سط يني على الفظائع التي مرّوا بها. ستتضمن “مونولوجات غز ة” قراءات على خشبة المسرح من قبل الفنانين: سيد رجب، وسلوى محمد علي، وناندا محمد، ويسرا اللوزي، ومحمد حاتم، وركين سعد، وأحمد مالك مع المرافقة الموسيقية لمحمد سامي.
عائد الحدث بالكامل سيتم إرساله من خلال مؤسسة مرسال لدعم غزّ ة.
In solidarity with the Pa lestin ian people and in response to the Pa les tine-based ASHTAR Theatre’s global call in conjunction with the recent atrocities currently taking place in Ga za; “The Ga za Monologues” will be presented at Cinema Radio on Friday, December 8th at 8PM.
In an effort to pay tribute to the children and people of Ga za and honor the thousands of lives lost, we dedicate this day to sharing the resilience of the Pale stin ian people in the face of the atrocities they are currently experiencing.
“The Ga za Monologues” will feature readings voiced on stage by artists Sayed Ragab, Salwa Mohamed Ali, Nanda Mohammad, Yosra El Lozy, Mohamed Hatem, Rakeen Saad and Ahmed Malek with the musical accompaniment by Mohamed Sami.
All proceeds from this event will be sent through Mersal Foundation to aid the people of Ga za.
