Zackary Drucker Instagram – Today is the third annual HIV Is Not A Crime Awareness Day. I am proud to support @elizabethtayloraidsfoundation’s work to end HIV criminalization in the United States. People living with HIV/AIDS already face discriminatory stigma because of their status, and in over 30 U.S. states, they can be criminalized and even imprisoned for spitting, scratching, or deliberately “exposing” others to HIV – even though science has proven that HIV can not be transmitted through these means.
