Making the right friends, wherever I go. One of a pack of dogs running wild, in the forest where we were working. Made my day. Gladdened my heart. All it takes, is one sweet pupper, to chase all the blues away. If I lived in these mountains, this one I would have taken home. And then probably the rest of the pack too.

Approx 3.5 ft. x 4 ft) I came across a beautiful series of photographs of the ethereal @malavikamohanan_ taken by @arjunkamath87 (whose work I admire greatly, and whose permission I sought before making this charcoal study.) I thought I was finished with it, but now as I go to post it, I see all the little areas I can improve upon. So, will go back and do all those for further practice at detail and patience. THE BOSS (4ft x 3ft approx / Charcoal) There are very few musicians/artists, that have been so much a part of the soundtrack to my life than @springsteen has. Even among that worthy crowd, he looms rather large. It was love at first listen. That love has only grown deeper, the older I’ve gotten. This was a real joy to sketch. 99% done.
