Ahhhh #TeamShep have put the tree up – actually @annieshepharddesign along with extended family did the heavy lifting. I obviously wasn’t allowed to get near it, other than lights and booze for all the decorators. A few weeks ago I was invited to get seriously mucky with the wonderful guys @stablelives to run the @toughmudder at Cholmondeley Castle. Taking part alongside Carrie, Chris and all the team, families and some of those people who have benefited from the remarkable care that Stable Lives offers, was a privilege, even if I’m still removing mud. Please check out what they do, they are incredible, as are the wonderful horses they work with, who by the way we could have really done with to get over some of the obstacles!!! 😩🤣🤣
