Ben Shephard Instagram – A few weeks ago I was invited to get seriously mucky with the wonderful guys @stablelives to run the @toughmudder at Cholmondeley Castle. Taking part alongside Carrie, Chris and all the team, families and some of those people who have benefited from the remarkable care that Stable Lives offers, was a privilege, even if I’m still removing mud.
