Without the reality of your Self, there is no basis for questioning the reality of your perceptions. Without a Self to experience it, there is no basis for any thought, emotion, or sensation. So my advice is to stop relying on your thoughts to evaluate reality, and just be yourself, and enjoy the present moment. That is the only reality you have, and the only one you need. Love, Deepak
