Se você tem medo da escalada, você não merece o topo da montanha!
Agente ora pela chuva, mas muitas vezes não estamos dispostos a lidar com a lama, com os alagamentos. A dor o cansaço, as lesões , as perdas, fazem parte do processo de crescimento. Quando está difícil na minha humilde opinião é que estamos no caminho certo! Lógico que ajustes tem q ser feito, e temos que afunilar o foco. Mas a direção tem que estar correta. Se você quer algo grande, e está plantando isso, vai dar errado, vai dar trabalho, vai ter problemas. Vai ficar difícil antes de ficar fácil, vai dar errado antes de dar certo. Mesmo fazendo muitas coisas certas, as vezes vai dar errado, é assim! Continuamos subindo! Só uma pausa pra respirar, ajustar, pegar mais impulso e vamos com tudo!

We pray for rain, but we are often not willing to deal with mud and flooding. Pain, fatigue, injuries, losses are part of the growth process. When it’s difficult, in my humble opinion, we’re on the right path! Of course, adjustments have to be made, and we have to narrow the focus. But the direction has to be correct. If you want something big, and you are planting it, it will go wrong, it will take work, there will be problems. It will get difficult before it gets easy, it will go wrong before it goes right. Even if you do many things right, sometimes it will go wrong, that’s how it is! We keep climbing!
