Jake Graf Instagram – There are too many truly fantastic women in my life to shout them all out this International Women’s Day, but here are some without whom life quite simply wouldn’t be what it is today.
Firstly, my amazing mum and my 2 girls, Millie and Teddie. Without them every day would be much duller and less joy filled and seeing them together and the love they share makes my heart sing.☺️
Secondly, my wonderful wife Hannah, one of the most incredible, humble and kind women I have ever met.
Lastly, a woman without whom none of this life would have been possible, our amazing surrogate Laura. We love you endlessly for the unimaginable gift you have given us.🙏🏼👶🏻👧🏻
