On February 17th and 18th I will be helping host an event with @wedefyfoundation at @renzogracieacademy in NYC to raise money for disabled Veterans to enroll them into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes. There will be other great speakers and we will be showing BJJ and MMA techniques as well. Come down for a great cause ⚡️
