No one did it like Norman Lear. He spent his life revealing stories that maybe weren’t so popular at the time yet needed to be told without fear. Ironically, they were all the most popular shows on television. We can learn a lot from him. He told me what it was like to be a fighter pilot in World War II and how he came to cast Carol O’Connor in All in the family. He was a legend and like no other, but had no attitude about it. A true Mench .We will never forget him. #riplegend #ripnormanlear
