The most famous whistleblower in US history, Chelsea Manning, joins us for the latest instalment of #LouisTherouxInterviews. It was a pleasure getting to know Chelsea. She hasn’t done many long form interviews on TV before, or even on podcasts, so I had the privilege of hearing her open up on some deeply personal subjects for the first time. The conversation was serious, naturally, and even harrowing at times. But there were almost moments of lightness and unexpected comedy. We spoke for four hours or so, with some breaks for coffee… We recorded it in June, but it is if anything even more relevant now, with everything that’s going on in the world. Please tune in on @bbctwo or @bbciplayer and let me know what you think.
Of all the things I thought 2024 would bring one was definitely NOT a musical collab with @PinkPantheress but how happy am I that it happened! Please enjoy with my compliments. Taken from a longer free-roaming chat for #TheLouisTherouxPodcast – listen now on Spotify.
Can you tell what’s different? I’ve shaved off my eyebrows! I’m also thinking about getting micro blading soon. In the meanwhile I figure no eyebrows is better than patchy eyebrows. Do you agree? #alopecia #nobrows #nobrowsnoproblems

What a pleasure it was hosting the hilarious Tracy Ullman on #TheLouisTherouxPodcast. It’s always a special thrill talking to someone I watched on TV when I was kid. Tracy spans more than four decades as a premier TV comedy performer on both sides of the Atlantic. A consummate actor, conversationalist, impressionist, and observer of the human condition, she also helped birth The Simpsons. Check out the chat. You won’t be disappointed. And if you are a man who plays football to a professional standard, know your way round a guitar, and have a GSOH and a PMA, leave details below.
It was nearly 2 years ago that I appeared on Amelia Dimoldenburg‘s chicken shop date and did a 20-year-old rap from an episode of weird weekends. The rap was remixed by a talented Manchester based production duo and then a dance was invented to go with it. It all went viral on TikTok and the rest isn’t quite history but it was definitely a weird thing that happened. Now the single of the rap has gone Gold – yes I have a gold record (see picture). I can’t quite believe these words even as I’m typing them. Many thanks to all of those who helped along the way and especially @dukeandjones @ameliadimz @jessqualter @brookeblewittt and my co-writers Reese & Bigalow (who I can’t seem to find on IG) and of course Mr Red-red Wine @neildiamond . I’m aware this is coming off like a Grammys speech. But I make no apology since this is the closest I’ll get. OR IS IT????
The Tamagotchi is six days old… A lot of care and attention has gone into keeping him alive… A couple of hours ago it evolved into this. My question is… What is it? I can’t find it in any of the Tamagotchi character catalogues. He’s got like a beanie, and big eyes and spindly legs, and he runs back-and-forth. Does anyone know?

On the latest episode of #TheLouisTherouxPodcast: a rare in-depth conversation with YouTuber, cosplayer, and internet provocateur Belle Delphine. We discussed how she took over the internet, her inspirations, her upbringing, her mixed feelings about doing adult content, and, yes, my non-simp energy. Check it out!
The foundational UK artist and gifted actor Ashley Walters, aka Asher D, perhaps best known as the man behind Dushane, in the Netflix smash Top Boy, invited me to his house in Kent to – yes – lift some weights in his gym but more importantly to talk about his life and career. He treated me to several hours of in-depth and thoughtful conversation about growing up in Peckham, So Solid Crew, catching a gun charge and doing time in prison, Hollywood films, family life, social anxiety and much much more. Thank you, Ashley, for having me along and answering my questions with such eloquence and sensitivity. Please tune in tonight at 9pm on @bbctwo and @bbciplayer after that.
The amazing and gifted Paul Mescal joined me for a chat on the podcast to talk about his beautiful new film All of Us Strangers, sudden stardom, spit buckets, and much else besides. Listen now on Spotify – link in bio
I just want to send mega congrats to the incredible @raye who won a record breaking six Brit awards! This is me and her last year at Glastonbury… When we were filming a #louistherouxinterviews episode. It’s still available on @bbciPlayer. I feel so privileged to have been a small part of Raye’s journey.
Ladies and gentlemen, the star of Goodness Gracious Me, The Kumars, The Unforgotten, and – as it turns out – at least one Woody Allen film, the very funny and talented Sanjeev Bhaskar. Please listen to the entire conversation – covering his upbringing in West London, his heritage and his family’s experience of partition, his rise to fame, Mariah Carey, Harvey Weinstein, Laurence Fox, and much more – on the latest installment of #thelouistherouxpodcast on Spotify.
#fridayfeeling based on a bbc recipe for “vintage chocolate chip cookies”. Haven’t tried them yet but they look promising!!

What a privilege to speak to the self-described “Stanley Kubrick of confetti” Baz Luhrmann for #TheLouisTherouxPodcast. There aren’t many directors who are true auteurs, whose sensibility infuses every frame of their films, but Baz is definitely one. Also: what a nice bloke!🎉 Listen now on Spotify.
