Fighting at the highest level is a beautiful thing and can be so enriching to one’s life and provide incredible life changing opportunities. However it also has to be respected. With the rise in popularity in professional fighting it seems everyone wants to be a fighter these days cos “it’s cool”. The reality is this path isn’t for everybody and even if you are cut from that cloth, you have to train smart and fight smart. Any young up and coming fighters have to take the precautions necessary to prevent any potential injuries by having sparring partners you can trust and always wear head gear when sparring. If you’re on that path, good luck. It’s a long hard path but the rewards are definitely worth it. Always respect the dangers and respect yourself. Good luck!
