Finished my final session before flying out to France next week for @hexagonemmafr.
It’s been a good few months of preparation. A special thanks goes out to @coachingbykate for not only her excellent organizational skills and S&C programming, but monitoring intensity levels and helping avoid burnout throughout.
The aim with my fights has always been the accruing of experience (like a real life JRPG) and going back-to-back with camps was something new.
With training done, there’s only the weight cut, then the actual fighting left!
