Like me 24 years ago, this patient’s nostril was pulled up once the cancer was removed. We used a composite graft from the ear to lengthen her nostril, which was the same procedure that was done to me.
She’s still swollen and is early on in her healing process, but her breathing has already improved and her main goal of having more symmetric nostrils is already a success! Over the next six months, her results will improve greatly!
