In other news, because im fancy, we have an infrared Sauna I tried it out for the first time today. Nobody said, Hey Rob, the rule is Just do 10 to 15 mins and work up to more than that. So of course my first go was for 50 minutes. And because of that, I’ve felt dozy and not quite with it all day. But My skin! Oh lord ….So good …. Boom 💥 And just like that the semi-finals have arrived. And all being well Saturday will be the Final of TCSC.
