I still remember walking into Barnes & Noble on 5th Avenue & seeing this book on the center table. (August 31, 2004) I had witnessed amazing Indian food writers in America, but @suvirsaran single handedly changed the game & turned everything so personal about Indian cooking. My first self-published book on Ayurveda was dedicated to him in 2005. I’m so honored that during his recent trip to NY, he visited Bungalow’s library & the kitchen. A true friend.
