Listen, this is what I do and have been doing since 2017! I’m not gatekeeping nor am I competing against anyone other than myself. Why?!?! Because I’m still learning. Am I a certified instructor ?! Yes! However, that doesn’t mean I should stop being a student. I respect the craft and want to be one of the greats. therefore, I must put in that work. Plus, this workout came about as a survival technique. I needed something to ease my mind , body and spirit (post the loss of my daughter) and Pilates hit all the marks and muscles lol. The consistency , hard work and dedication that I display … is the combination of psychological therapy , fortitude and love of the craft all wrapped up into a sculpted body.
