I’ve followed Kirsty on Instagram @Kirsty_gallagher_ from when I first heard her talking on Chris Evans @chrisevanstfi Virgin Breakfast show. (If you want to wake up in a good mood and have a good day listen to his show its my serotonin) Always been fascinated by ancient wisdom and the power of female energy, so many of us are untapped because of life, we’re working so hard at spinning plates and being all things to all people we forget how much of a freaking Goddess we really are. If you want to tap into your Goddess this is the book for you so pick it up, put it by your bed, dip in and don’t tell me it hasn’t stirred a power in you. Kirsty gave us all a necklace designed by @zoeandmorgan – The triangle represents manifestation, enlightenment, power and growth while the serpent represents kundalini shakti, the energy of all consciousness that dwells within us. They will only stop when we stand up and harness the Goddess so we better get reading and reminding ourselves !!
