Praise God for perfect timing! We got a call from @alpaslaunion and @projectcurma @d_dorothyjane and had one of the most magical experiences ever; releasing baby pawikans (turtles) into the wild. this initiative is also a great way to generate awareness to help stop harmful activities against the pawikans like collecting eggs or throwing trash in the sea.
It was a great experience not just for my niece @star__and__cloud who even named 2 baby turtles ( olive, squirtle) but also for all of us grown ups! I’m holding back my tears as I watch these baby turtles being released in the wild
These pawikans, should they survive the wild, will come back to the very same beach 20-30 years later to hatch their own eggs.
