Aspen Ladd Instagram – Fun fact …I’ve always been pretty OCD . Extremely routine oriented since I was a kid, to the point of being obsessive. I’ve always loved running and was into distance running before I ever got into fighting. And anyone who follows me on here knows about the hiking too 😂 the extreme mile tracking and macro counting as a kid (10-14) probably wasn’t the best for me. OR the absolute inability to miss a day or deviate from my planned mileage. I’ve learned a bit more balance but haven’t changed. My obsessive nature is why I’ve never touched alcohol or drugs either, doesn’t serve my purpose and I know myself Not worth the risk . I found MMA at 14 and found a new addiction. It still is for me . I still can’t deviate or miss a day / planned training without becoming unreasonably upset.

I can be a bit , “too much” as far as needing my training routine and endless mileage to keep my crazy at a healthy level . So I got myself a couple of dogs who ran into issues for being, “too much” Themselves…. Today we got up hiked , I boxed, we hit a distance run, then I wrestled and life is good 😌

If you’re a bit of a weirdo like myself it’s all about finding the right positive addictions. Then things can work out beautifully 👊🏻🏃‍♀️🤼‍♀️🐕

Aspen Ladd Instagram – A little photo dump of my last 4 days . I didn’t drive once over the weekend( back to driving and training today though!) I let myself enjoy being snowed in from this last crazy storm ⛈️ plenty of awesome running and hiking through the storm though …. Also, THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR WISHING ME A HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎈🎉🎂 it was on Friday and we celebrated with sushi and seeing Dune 2 ! It was pretty awesome 🙂
