Ayesha Omar Instagram – My super healthy late breakfast(brunch) today β€οΈ (breakfast prepared by me and photo taken by me). This was followed by two bananas mashed up with #cacao and ground cinnamon. And then I hit the gym at 4 pm. πͺπΌ
1. Organic (desi) egg fried in desi Coconut Oil.
2. Avacado on gluten/sugar free toast topped with pumpkin, sesame and flax seeds.
3. Stir fried organic local mushrooms with local tofu and fresh turmeric.
4. Kimchi.
5. Himalayan salt and organic pepper.
All local and locally bought ingredients!!!πͺπΌπ΅π°
