The Dyson Airstrait takes you from ‘tower-dried’ to straight hair in roughly 15 minutes (depending on your hair type). It totally cuts out the need to first use a hair dryer and THEN a straightener (personally I think that’s a win especially when you’re travelling and you can only bring 1 styling tool)
It also works on dry hair (although you won’t get to see the seamless finish as you would with damp hair) so it’s great for quick touch ups in between the day to keep frizzy hair at bay (THIS DAMN HUMIDITY)
I’m a super lazy person (okay fine not really lazy but I have a 1 year old child which basically means I can have 1 hour to get ready or 15 minutes. I never know till I begin) so having a tool that cuts out a huge chunk of my ‘get-ready’ time is helpful.
P.S. I was really surprised by how comfortable the Airstrait was to hold. In pictures it looked pretty big but it actually fits reeeaaally nicely in your grip. Win.
