Daniella Monet Instagram – life has been interesting lately…
less eventful, more intentional.
with the exception of Andrew doing something a little out of the ordinary (spartan race) we’ve (including the kids) have made some very basic changes in an effort to find more balance and regulation lately.
Intuitively I’ve felt like my hormones and/or adrenals have been a little wonky lately based off some recent hormonal breakouts, bloating, cycle intensity, etc.
With so many tools in my tool-belt I looked at this as an opportunity for a lifestyle improvement.
Here’s some of the small adjustments we’ve made:
• Lots more outside time, lunch dinner al fresco
• Minimal tv
• *getting ready* got a new curling iron, and simply doing my hair has helped me look and feel better
• yoga @ home – busted my yoga mats out, and now have one upstairs and one downstairs. The kids and I love them
• This means more stretching – instrumental, because I’ve been feeling so much tension in my neck and shoulders
• More at home dates 🩷 that means baths, pillow talk, etc
• Lots of music, right now our family is big on Teddy Swims
• Earlier dinners, personally trying not to eat 2-3hrs before bed
• Earlier bed time, Andrew and I have been out like a light by 10p
• been doing this for over a year, but Andrew just recently jumped on board. No phones in the bed room.
• and lastly, more water. Upped our monthly subscription to mountain valley and have been chugging more water than usual to flush out whatever toxins may be causing my skin to flair up.
• oh wait, there’s one more thing that’s new, I’m taking supplements again, and daily. I take supplements intuitively regularly but for the last week I’ve taken a multi specifically for my lifestyle regularly.
I’m sure there’s more little things, I’ll comment them@below as they come to mind.
I’m certainly doubling down on my wellness era atm, and it feels good, not stressful, more like “where have you been” type vibes. I missed my yoga mat, I missed taking care of myself, I missed feeling like me.

Daniella Monet Instagram – How do we feel about these crossover collabs? I feel like @maxmusic is too cool for my page, no?
Daniella Monet Instagram – How could you EVER DO THAT???
Cut out meat and cheese and other animal products?! 🐄🐟
It must be sooooo boring.
Plot twist…it doesn’t have to be! Are you plant-based, vegan, vegetarian or just trying to eat more plants in general and you want to add a little more umphhh to your meals?
I understand.
Plant-based eating isn’t just about plain veggies! It’s a vibrant, flavorful adventure waiting to happen.
Here are three tips to dress up your meals:
1. Find a go-to sauce or dressing! I loooveee making a Chimichurri sauce and I actually posted a recipe for this not too long ago. I’ll drop the recipe in the comments if someone wants it!
2. Experiment, experiment, experiment! Add different herbs and spices, and also be sure to add in different textures! Having tofu for example? Try adding in some crunchy element like fried onions or peanuts! Sometimes I smash up @outstandingfoods chips onto our tofu, lol
3. Try new recipes!!! There are so many amazing recipes out there, including 1000s on my app! The recipes on the membership allow you to see exactly what kinds of nutrients you are getting per meal.
Comment FOOD and we will send you more info on how to make your meals more fun, because trust me, there is a way!
With my membership you can even talk to a food coach (it’s unlimited for members) and you can also build out menus for you and your family. Then you can sync that to your Instacart or Amazon fresh.
You don’t need to be on this journey alone and it certainly does NOT have to be boring! 🥑🧆🌱🌯🍅🍌🥜🍝🫛
Ask me anything in the comments.

feels good to be here. right here. because from where I get to sit, right here, in my mid thirties, I get to see things through a lens of more peace, acceptance, and gratitude.
to all my younger cuties on here, I mean it when I say, you hit this sweet spot, and for me -it’s right now, where the pressure to be, do, say slips away, you just are. and that’s enough.
it’s so rizz. I can’t type that without actually lol’ing.

Daniella Monet Instagram – Drop your favorite veggie emoji below if you would try this soup!
I gotta be honest…I love soup. I don’t get tired of soup. Soup is life. Lentil soup, cabbage soup, veggie soup. All. The. Soups.
It’s such an easy meal to put together & a great way to get rid of produce that is about to go bad!
For this soup, I sautéed:
•onions 🧅
•celery
•carrot 🥕
Then I added in an entire head of cabbage and an entire bulb of minced garlic. 🧄
Then I added my water, garbanzo beans, salt & lentils and let her simmer!
Save this recipe or share it with a friend! This is a go to in our house, and mainly because the ingredients are simple and typically ones we always have on hand.
If you want more recipes, DM @daniellasdigest with the word “DIGEST” and we will get you sorted! Recipes, unlimited food coaching and a whole menu builder 👩🍳🌱
