These students shared their testimony with United States lawmakers on Capitol Hill during an hours long round table discussion on Feb. 29, 2024. These students attend HARVARD, UPENN, COLUMBIA, MIT, STANFORD, Tulane, Rutgers, UC BERKELEY, and COOPER UNION. These kids are not responsible for the actions of racist policies in a country across the globe. Just as Muslims should not have been attacked for the actions of ISIS after 9/11, so too, Jews around the globe should not be violently attacked and discriminated against because of Netanyahu’s government’s response to the terrorist attack of 10/7. Please. Please. We must be responsible for keeping all students safe on college campuses. If the universities are unwilling to take action, then the federal government must. US tax dollars are supporting this degradation of civility. No jew is celebrating this war. Please. If you have kids in college who are passionate, speak to them.
