Emily Swallow Instagram – A few weeks ago, a piece of fan art crossed my feed and drew me in. I found myself admiring the precise artistry of @soloinkart’s drawing of The Armorer. We messaged, and imagine my surprise when I learned the drawing style was borne out of what most would see as a disability. Dustine suffered a spinal cord injury that resulted in very limited arm and hand movement. But rather than give up on artistic expression, Dustine modified the technique to give life to artwork from a sea of dots, and I think you’ll agree that the result is stunning. #thisistheway to take a setback and exceed our expectations of what we’re capable of.
