The odd time that I am (once every year or two) I am always struck by the intensity of the energy in that city…a frenetic buzz hangs in the air. It can be difficult to settle my heart, mind, body and soul. I can’t imagine how difficult it would be to stay grounded, and centered, and in flow if I lived there. And whenever I am in LA, I am also always struck by how beauty can be found everywhere. I am a country girl. I love the forest and the mountains, trees and streams, brooks and bugs.
