Holland Roden Instagram – Here are actually endless women that inspire me – Human and animal alike. As my little four legged daughter grows older, it’s not lost on me how I am so damn lucky to have her every day that I do. 

That luck continues with a best friend @mahaleypatel as a sister with my mother and her mother acting as both of our mothers. We are lucky to all be so close. 

For a best friend that went through grief we don’t wish upon anyone. 

For a stepmom who has always been there for us and a sister @taylorjacobs and her two children – How she juggles it all I’ll never know.

And outside the family circle – For interviewing one of the voices I really respect for this year’s @uncouplingpodcast, @doctorramani

Holland Roden Instagram – Three words: Coffee KefirKult Smoothie

Tbh, This smoothie is TikTok viral worthy. 😂

Busy days = (Unfortunately, but also FORTUNATELY) I drink my calories. 🫠 Smoothies are usually the go-to.

Filling and full of nutrients. Plus, the flavor combinations are endless, so you can really never get bored!

I recently started adding @kefirkult to my smoothies, and let me tell you: It’s given them a MAJOR upgrade 👊🏻 not just in flavor, but also in benefits. Their coconut kefir is some of the best on the market, and it’s full of probiotics that promote a healthy balance of gut bacteria. Achieving better gut heath is my mid 30s goal. 🤗😭🙌🏻

If you wanna give it a try, here’s the recipe! ⬇️

🥥 COFFEE KEFIRKULT SMOOTHIE 🥥

Ingredients:
▪️4 Tbsp of milk
▪️1-2 Tbsps of protein powder (I chose vanilla, but feel free to get creative)
▪️1/2 Tbsp of unsweetened coconut flakes
▪️1 banana
▪️1 shot of espresso
▪️A dollop of coconut kefirkult (I also just down a tablespoon on non-smoothie days! Its got the Pinkberry tartness thing going on, but actually healthy)
▪️A handful of ice
▪️For toppings: Hemp seeds, unsweetened coconut shreds, and cacao nibs!

Directions:
1. Blend milk of choice, protein powder, coconut flakes, banana, espresso, ice, and coconut kefirkult in a blender.
2. Pour contents into a glass, topping your drink off with hemp seeds, coconut shreds, and cacao nibs.
3. Serve and enjoy!
