One of my favorite songs of all time!!! 🥰😁 Did you know that singing is the world’s most accessible stress reliever? It releases endorphins, the feel-good chemicals into our brain! 🧠✨ Every time I sing, it doesn’t matter what state I’m in initially, I feel so unbelievably happy and euphoric afterwards. Maybe that explains why we wrote, recorded, mixed, mastered and shot 8 music videos for my new album “88” in less than a month! Can’t help it when inspiration strikes. 🤣😂 Creating this latest piece of art was such a cathartic experience for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to do it with. “88” is all about self-love, balance and refocusing. Sometimes we forget to focus on loving ourselves fully. We need to remember to put energy into our own growth and expansion, trust the journey and really focus on where we want to be, who we want to be, where we’d like to be and who we’d like to surround ourselves with. It ends on an uplifting celebratory note and I can’t wait for you all to see it. I hope you love it as much as I do and I hope that it encourages you to dream big!!! Back in the studio today to record some new songs for the movie I wrote and am soon directing, as well as some music for my new musical pilot!!! @andreas.carlsson 😆😁 Hope you have a wonderful and inspiring day!!!
