Not the result we would have liked placement-wise, but very much a case of incredibly proud, glad, relieved, ha, to make it – that was tough. The fact that we didn’t experience anything extreme in terms of peak wind strengths is a poor reflection of how brutal it was. Lots of heavy upwind sailing, wind relentlessly on the nose or maddeningly non-existent for periods. To quote Annie, nothing really broken onboard, just 6 people.
