Already been a super productive day and feeling incredible gratitude rolling into this week!
This morning, talked to some clients, got some errands done, and am excited to get in the gym and continue to crush training and nutrition as we get closer to Wrestlemania 40!

18 years or so between?! That girl on the left had no idea what life had in store for her and what she was capable of.
Finished up watching Ricky Stanicky on Prime Video a few nights ago and through my laughter, I was reminded of the incredible journey I’m on and how far I’ve come working with the incredible John Cena.

Introducing the first photo from my Feb 2024 photoshoot.
My mission: To celebrate myself, my body, and own every level of badass that I am.
I always wanted to be the “pretty girl” and growing up always felt like an ugly duckling.
While I may not be as glamorous in my ref gear, when off duty I’m owning this glow up more than ever.
Because while I’m a history maker, trail blazer and yes incredibly hard working and passionate, I also finally see the beauty in my body that I wanted to see for so dang long.
I wear this coat from @spirithoods all the time when I travel so it made sense to get some photos in it. It makes me so happy and so many people, around the world love it too.

I set a goal at the beginning of the year that each month I wanted to participate in some sort of organized race! Running makes me feel incredibly strong and powerful and I love challenging myself!
While I don’t think today was a PR, I’m glad I got in the work in on this beautiful Sunday with the support of dad and Mister Bowen with me. 🩵

So much excitement to announce a partnership with @maxprodetroit
Just a few weeks ago I finished up the process of getting my garage done up with fresh orange paint (matches the MaxPro beautifully) and new incredible epoxy flooring. I’ve dreamt of having my own workout space at home for a long time. 💪🏻 (Yay life goals)
Building a home gym can be overwhelming, and MaxPro is an incredible piece of equipment with over 300 lbs of resistance that you can a bring with you as you travel because it’s so light!
So many great pieces that got delivered that I can’t wait to share with you over the next few weeks!

I got a new bed last week and he’s still not convinced he can get up on it. At the foot of the bed there’s a step and he already has gotten up on his own probably 10 times, but conveniently forgets.
Spoiler, yes I did get out of the bed and pick him up.

Right out of the box here’s my first time setting up and using @maxprodetroit
When I first saw this piece of equipment on @sharktankabc I was drawn to it because of its size and weight. It’s about five pounds and opens easily.
For this first use I just placed it out on the floor, added the individual handles (has a bar I can use also) and tested it out.
As you can see we are impressed!
Resistance can go up to 300 lbs which has my brain going of all the exercises I can get done, upper, lower and full body work.
That heavy resistance is no joke!

Tried a protein pastry today from @legendaryfoods that I’ve wanting to try for the longest and thought I would document the first tastes!
