Right out of the box here’s my first time setting up and using @maxprodetroit When I first saw this piece of equipment on @sharktankabc I was drawn to it because of its size and weight. It’s about five pounds and opens easily. For this first use I just placed it out on the floor, added the individual handles (has a bar I can use also) and tested it out. As you can see we are impressed! Resistance can go up to 300 lbs which has my brain going of all the exercises I can get done, upper, lower and full body work.
