Julia Gillard Instagram – One of the many things I love about @beyondblueofficial signature fundraiser, Big Blue Table, is that it brings people together and gets them talking about topics they perhaps might not otherwise discuss, such as mental health. Participants receive a host kit that includes a range of “conversation-starter” cards, which offer prompts such as:
What made you smile recently?
Who do you turn to for advice?
Share a trait you love about yourself.
As Beyond Blue Chair, I’m excited to support this year’s Big Blue Table, whose ambassadors include Australia’s first Masterchef, @_juliegoodwin, former Bachelor @drmattagnew and comedian/chef @nats_what_i_reckon.
