However, since sandwiches and cafes always go hand in hand, I decided to paint a sandwich that originated here… the Katsu (fried pork cutlet) sandwich! This Mille Feuille Katsu Sando from @kurokatsusan_ was absolutely excellent! The head chef has received a Michelin star, so you know it’s good… the texture was perfect and the flavor was super complex! Plus, the plating was so colorful and appealing! 今月のフードアートチャレンジテーマは「カフェ」でした。日本は素敵なカフェが多すぎて、とても迷ったけど、私はカフェでサンドを注文することが多いから日本らしいサンドにしました…カツサンド!@kurokatsusan_ でミシュラン三ツ星店で修行を積んだシェフ監修が作ったミルフィーユのカツサンドがとても贅沢でした!食感もそうだったけど、味もかなり複雑で、盛り付けもとても食欲そそいます! ◆Challenge Rules◆ 1. However, since sandwiches and cafes always go hand in hand, I decided to paint a sandwich that originated here… the Katsu (fried pork cutlet) sandwich! This Mille Feuille Katsu Sando from @kurokatsusan_ was absolutely excellent! The head chef has received a Michelin star, so you know it’s good… the texture was perfect and the flavor was super complex!
