It’s been 1 month since the arrival of baby Yari, and at first, Ayah was doing well, but then things went left 😅
Her sassiness got worse, throwing tantrums at home and school, and not following simple house rules. Y’all I was stressed out! One day she approaches me ask asks me “do you love me or do you love the baby more and you don’t play me with me a lot a lot.” I felt that because before the baby, it was all eyes on her ALWAYS and now post-partum is kicking my aaa!
I had a convo with my baby girl about change and motherhood, and I know she’s starting to understand bc I’ve seen a good shift in her. I had to make a few changes myself, like including her in most things baby-related and little tasks like helping me cook, clean, and do the laundry.

Whew chile, we did a marathon road trip to Canada – 22 hours, y’all! With all those weather changes, Ayah got the sniffles 🤧
I’m all about natural remedies, so we’re using the @oilogiccare Stuffy Nose and Cough Collection tonight. During her bath, it’s Essential Oil Epsom Salt Soak and the Essential Oil Vapor Bath.
Epsom Salt has been in my life since I was a kid – it’s a real MVP for aches and relaxation.
At bath time, we turn on relaxing music, do a little meditation, and Ayah loves playing with her toys.
After her bath, she’s all zen and ready for a good night’s sleep 😴
