Mayim Bialik Instagram – If you haven’t checked out today’s episode of MBB with the exceptional Dan Harris yet, I highly recommend you do so! Link in bio. As a result of this interview, I decided to try meditating in a totally different way with the 10% Happier app…I’m documenting the results of my journey and I hope you’ll come along and check out what happened…!!!!

Day 1: To get started, I tried a 5-minute lovingkindness meditation, seated in a chair as opposed to lying down which was my usual jam… That night I tried a 2nd meditation specifically designed to help with insomnia which is part of the reason I needed to shake up my meditation game!

Day 2: Ok, this time I tried a driving meditation (eyes open of course!) I’m really loving the new way I’m approaching things already on Day 2!

Stay tuned for more meditation updates throughout the week!
Mayim Bialik Instagram – Replace “Zionist” with “person who believes Israel as a homeland for Jews has a right to exist” – that’s what Zionism is. If you post signs like this, we will not be intimidated. Tessa Veksler, student body president at UCSB, will not be intimidated. Creating strife for Jews around the world simply because we exist will not be tolerated. It would not be tolerated by any other minority. Tessa, we’ve got you. 💪 🇮🇱 Repost @tessaveksler
