Naima Mora Instagram – Dinner at “Salt & The Cellar” by Michelin star chef Akira Back was a highlight of my vacation in Kissimmee, FL. It’s located at the stunning @ettehotel …. Everything on the menu was delicious! An innovative Asian inventiveness that feels like it breathes life into Mediterranean cuisine was both visually beautiful and full of delightful flavors that felt comforting and imaginative!
My favorite parts of the meal were the mock-tails…. As a non-drinker I’m always looking out for delicious non-alcoholic alternatives and this did NOT let down. In fact it gave me a new standard of what non-alcoholic beverages can taste and more importantly feel like…. And, the gilded caviar hamachi and scallops…. Whimsical to say the least!
And lastly, the details of the hotel decor was so stunning… down to the bathroom turquoise tile gilded selfie….

Turning 35 a second time never felt more fabulous….
