Nicole Franzel Instagram – Harsh weather conditions give way to new growth & renewal in nature 🌱. If you’re going through something tough please stay strong and lean on me and each other with this beautiful community we have on here. I am feeling strong and steady and often I’ve leaned on you—it’s my turn to let you lean on me. Life is so uncertain and everyday I find a way to distance myself from the “new normals” in the world. My heart grows stronger, my fears also grow stronger and my duty in this world becomes more clear. Winter is the season of reflection, take time to give yourself the credit you deserve. You’ve come so far. Swipe to see me 5 years ago. Paralyzed with anxiety and panic disorder. I didn’t leave the house. I couldn’t stand, I prayed for relief and I begged God for help. He answered my prayers. I am SO proud of myself for where I am now. And if it happens again I’m so much stronger and it doesn’t make me a failure. Just another hurdle to overcome. ☺️
