In a blender , combine pineapple juice, orange juice, chicken stock , honey, garlic, onion, cumin, paprika, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade. 3. Place the spiral-cut ham in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the ham, making sure it’s evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally to marinate evenly. 4. Prepare your grill for indirect cooking using Kingsford charcoal. Light the charcoal and let it burn until the coals are covered with a light ash. 5. Remove the ham from the marinade and reserve the marinade for basting. Place in a skewer plate with pineapple. Cover well with aluminum foil. Place the ham on the grill over indirect heat. 6. Close the lid of the grill and cook the ham for about 15-20 minutes per pound, basting with the reserved marinade every 30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C) for fully cooked ham or 160°F (71°C) for cook-before-eating ham. 7. Once the ham is cooked to your desired temperature, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. 8.
