Rajshri Deshpande Instagram – It’s 2 am, I am Sitting alone holding my @criticschoiceindia best actress award, my peace heart symbol of #ceasefiregaza and some tears in my eyes looking outside my window. The moment I reached home I removed my beautiful makeup, the lovely designer dress which I wore today at the awards ceremony and decided to wear my mom’s night gown. The bombay lights are still bright, construction sound is loud in the middle of night and I am thinking how I moved to this crazy dream city, where and how my journey started in not just in cinema but journey of humanity too and how far I have come and how I want to keep working for humanity and my craft.
I stopped my mind immediately and said hey let’s just reminisce this beautiful today’s moment and the love I received. Because Tomorrow’s work is double and I need to gather all the strength. Thankfully my mind agreed and I smiled.
