Ree Drummond Instagram – 🍑 🥃 BBQ 🍗 Love this winner of a chicken dinner! Simmers about an hour and the chicken is fall-apart tender. Chicken thighs, onion, whiskey, barbecue sauce, garlic, peach preserves, Worcestershire, peaches…serve over mashed potatoes or just eat it by itself! Sometimes I’ll remove the chicken and reduce the sauce to thicken…but I was too impatient for that this time. Peach whiskey bbq chicken FTW! (And I love my new denim blue PW cookware 🤓)

Ree Drummond Instagram – My QVC behind-the-scenes diary from my visit this morning, complete with a new hair color that doesn’t match my cookbook cover photo, indecision about solid top vs. print top, and complete joy over seeing my amazing friend David in person for the first time in four years. 🥹 Is QVC actually the happiest place on earth? Well, today it sure felt like it. Such a great team! Short and sweet, emphasis on sweet. ❤️ (P.S. I had a cheesesteak in the Philly airport on my way out, but that is beyond the scope of this post. 😂)

Ree Drummond Instagram – The Smith sisters ate lunch at @pwmercantile a couple of weeks ago, and it was more divine than ever. 😍 We kept cracking up because we said “thank you” to our amazing server Destiny about four hundred times (one for each menu item we ordered…) 🤠 Come eat and be merry sometime soon! The calories don’t count if you tell your server thank you after each dish! 😁

Almost eight years after we opened our doors, I still just love this place so, so much. ❤️ Best staff ever, yummy food, fun shopping, good times!!

They perform miracles daily. (Except Sunday, ha.) In order: pumpkin cream cheese muffin, glazed cornbread (holy goodness), pumpkin scone, pecan pie cookie, misc cookies, lemon bar…and my new boyfriend, the boozy mini bundt rum cake. Okay, bye!!
