We ALL have work to do. It wasn’t until I was getting my Master’s degree a few years ago that I realized the sanitized white-washed version of slave history I was spoon fed in elementary school was horrifically inaccurate. We can ALL learn, and keep learning, and ask questions, and have the uncomfortable conversations. We can all do better. Because I do believe this is a time for a global shift, and change for good. ❤️
