Her intention is to:

to the versions of ourselves that we are being called into
🌹Where we can experience and express with
our voices, with our bodies, through movement and sound, who this is, why she be, what she’s here to say, what she’s here to bring.

💫 blindfolded archetype dance
💫through different ecstatic dance
moments
💫 through vocal activation where we’ll be
singing together, strengthening our voices
💫practicing different vocal exercises to tap in
with our authentic sound
💫 and really trying on this new version of
ourselves, experiencing our fullness within sisterhood, within community, and the bliss and beauty of Costa Rica. 🕊️
And with our hearts.
With the true hearts that we are.
That we are growing into and becoming in every
moment. 🌹
