Even before she hit teenagehood, the actor knew what she wanted to wear. “When I was 13, I used to cut my mum’s sarees and incorporate them into my jeans,” she tells us. From the little girl DIY-ing her way through fashion to now, where her personal style is “experimental and eccentric”, the Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor has come a long way. As she dresses up in a bright pink saree for a shoot with us, she recalls the first time she wore one. “It was for Saraswati Puja, which is huge in Calcutta [where I grew up].
