Sophie Morgan Instagram – It’s hard to put into words how it feels to be sitting upright, riding, after a week of not being able to move.
Bed rest is where I feel the most disabled…riding is the opposite. Being paralysed is such a rollercoaster of emotions…the highs and lows are extreme, to say the least.
Last week, I was in a very dark place, riddled with pain, frustrated and anxious.
Riding out with my no 1 riding partner this weekend (@untamed_phoenix), getting some fresh Cali air with my music on (thanks @ben_tyrone & @tobydaviesmusic) through the canyons, some mud thrown in, and getting to ride with Aaron (@imaaronbaker) and Hans again and see Laquita (@laquitadian) and meet the rest of the Baker Family..was the perfect medicine. 🙏🏻
