Took myself on a little matcha date 🍵📝💘 to get some life planning done & realized I can count on one hand the number of solo dates I’ve been on in the past 3 years. It’s astounding considering I love going on solo dates: enjoying a cup of something good with only a notebook or book to keep me company.
But mom guilt is real & even though I know deep down these moments alone are so important for my well being it just seems easier said than done. I constantly end up deciding that I can get alone time once the kids go to bed but really that’s when I’m doing dishes, tidying up, prepping for the next day, spending time with Mika, or watching something then going to bed 🥱
I told myself I’d do better by me this year- get back into a good fitness routine, start journaling again, reclaim some much needed me time in my schedule. So far so good but it’s a struggle. In case any of you mamas out there are with my in this beautiful struggle, just wanted to let you know I see you 🫶🏽 I feel you 🙏🏽 I am you 👊🏽 And we got this.

A lot of you asked me for my full workout so here it is- the video is a lot longer than usual but this is the full circuit, I usually do some variation of this depending on my mood 🤪
A lot of these moves focus on postpartum & fixing/ restrengthenjng my abs & pelvic floor. I’ve fixed my a separation so now I’m just working on building my strength and endurance back 💪🏽 lower weights and more reps on circuits then at least one heavy weight day a week.
But more than anything I’m listening to my body & honoring what I need & feel 🫶🏽 STAY HEALTHY HOMIELOVERFRIENDS 😘
มีคนขอมาหลายคน นี่เลยค่ะ workout circuit แบบเต็มเต็ม แต่ละวันอาจจะไม่เหมือนกันแต่ก็จะมีธาตุประมาณนี้ค่ะ 30-45 วินาที แล้วพัก 10 วินาที 💪🏽🤪 บางวันอาจจะไม่ได้ขนาดนี้อาจจะแค่ออกกำลังกายแบบเบาเบาโยคะหรือยืดตัวบางวันก็อาจจะเล่น weight หนักหนัก ที่สำคัญที่สุดคือการฟังร่างกายและจิตใจของตัวเองว่าวันนี้เราพร้อมที่จะทำอะไรบ้าง ตอนนี้ยังไม่กลับมาแข็งแรงเหมือนแต่ก่อนแต่ทุกวันก็คอยบอกตัวเองว่าเราทำได้ เราทำเพื่อตัวเอง เราทำเพื่อลูก เราทำเพื่ออนาคต… อาจจะเหนื่อยตอนนี้แต่จะได้สบายทั้งชีวิต 😊 ดูแลตัวเองให้ดีดีนะคะชีวิตนี้เรามีร่างกายแค่นี้ต้องดูแลให้ดีที่สุด

I mean sure I could’ve just bought him chocolates but what kind of WAG would I be if I didn’t support his protein intake 😆
These are definitely lighter on the protein & heavier on the treat side of things (especially since I dipped them in chocolate 😘) compared to my other protein treat recipes but hey, it was for Valentine’s Day & my man does love his chocolate 🍫🫶🏽
All things considered these are super easy to make & since I gave them to him last night they’re already half gone so I’d say they’ve got his stamp of approval 😉
Double chocolate protein bites:
1 heaping scoop of protein (or a heaping 1/4 c)
1/4-1/2 cups of cocoa powder (if the protein I used was chocolate I’d use less cocoa powder but this time we had vanilla so I used more)
Honey or maple syrup to taste
1/4 cup of your preferred nut butter
A sprinkle of sea salt
2 or more tablespoons of water as needed to achieve the ideal texture to roll into bites
& you can either mix in mini chocolate chips & dip the rolled bites in chocolate OR just dip them in chocolate.
Mix everything together in a bowl, roll into 1-2 inch sized bites then dip in chocolate (I mix chocolate chips with a tablespoon of coconut oil & melt). Sprinkles or other toppings as you like 🫶🏽 ENJOY ☺️ and don’t feel bad eating them all in one day 😛💘
